How to improve writing speed

when I do the lecture exercise I found my writing speed is very slow. even though I can catch some information,my writing speed is not quick enough to follow.

Thank you for your question.I believe it is a common question that a large amount of students face together.Firstly,practice makes perfect.I strongly recommend you to read more in your casual life.As for my experience, Economist is a very good magazine for you to read for it has abundant information which covers the knowledge from all walks of life,such as economy,politics, history and culture.Secondly, you may put too much attention to the unfamiliar words,which will definitely influence the speed of reading.You can refer to your dictionary when you doing an exercise,but it is not a good idea when you under the exam condition.Try to gain a better overall understadning of the passage first.I sincerely hope this will help will.

My answer to any "how to improve X" is practice X.
If you want to write faster then you should think and write a bit faster each time. Trust me, it will work out eventually.
